  • Maintenence Agreements


PRO-TEC America offers service and maintenence agreements for our customers.  These include the repair or replacement of system components that fail due to normal wear and tear as well as age.  When a service and maintenence agreement is in place, the labor to repair or replace the equipment is also included.

The most common advantage for customers who choose service and maintenence agreements is that it provides a fixed cost on your budget,  eliminating unexpected costly repairs.  The nominal monthly fee can be paid quarterly, semi annually, or annually.

  • Test and Inspection Service


FIRE ALARMS

The most common Test and Inspection Service is performed on Fire Alarm Systems.

Most businesses don't realize that fire alarm tests and inspections are required in most municipalities by law. Most local governments operate under some sort of building code that usually incorporates the requirements of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Chapter 72 regarding fire alarm systems. This requires all fire alarm systems to be tested at least once a year by a trained service provider. The frequency of the tests varies depending on different circumstances such as the type of occupancy of the premises. Failure to follow these requirements may lead to penalties imposed by local Fire Marshals and Code Enforcement Officers. More importantly, it can also lead to serious liability issues for you and your company if someone is injured or killed as a result of the fire alarm system not functioning properly in the event of a fire.

  • Equipment Leasing


PRO-TEC America offers equipment leasing for just about all the types of systems that we provide.

Many customers choose leasing because it frees up capital that would otherwise have been depleted for their security of fire systems. It may also give you tax benefits to help your bottom line.

With our leasing program, you can lease the system for various terms from 24 months up to 60 months.  At the end of the lease term, you own the system.  This is far better than what some of the other companies offer.
